Rosemary Meehan Tator, principal partner of 2beffective™, is a management consultant, serial entrepreneur, coach, and motivational speaker. For more than 25 years she has provided leadership development programs as well as productivity, effectiveness, and sales training programs throughout the United States and Europe. Her clients include AT&T, Eastman Kodak, DuPont and major financial services companies. Some of the firms she has launched include:
- GreenPages, Inc., a corporate computer value-added reseller; as Co-Founder and Vice President of Sales & Marketing, she was responsible for building the team that grew the company at >100%/year to $100 million in sales in 5 years and reaching #36 on the INC 500 list.
- Avalon Solutions, Inc. a computer solutions provider, as President & CEO, she grew the company to >$8 million in sales in two years, reaching #62 on the Dun & Bradstreet/Entrepreneur Magazine’s “Hot 100 Companies” list.

Alesia Latson is a certified Mission Control Workshop leader and consultant for 2beffective. She has been studying and practicing the art and science of leadership and organizational development for over 19 years. She has held management and organizational development roles in large financial services organizations, healthcare, and government. Through expert facilitation and personal coaching, Ms. Latson has worked with hundreds of leaders at all levels to expand their management and leadership effectiveness, by supporting them in creating work relationships and environments that enhance employee development and the achievement of business goals.
Her depth of experience in working with senior groups allows her to recognize the conditions that impact personal and organizational success. She brings this understanding to both executive development and organization building.

Ms. Latson is well known for her exceptional skills as a facilitator and coach and consistently receives superior evaluations for her ability to produce extraordinary outcomes when working with business leaders. Her clients take on larger issues and frame actionable goals. At the same time, they build the competencies required to sustain ongoing improvement. Ramona Dorsey has for more than 12 years been focused on the fundamentals of human behavior that lead to exceptional performance and development. She has established a reputation as a dynamic, moving and inspirational speaker. Ramona has led seminars and keynotes talks where she has provided her insights to individuals and organizations. Her client list includes Boys and Girls Club of America, Black Child Development Institute, SolidWorks, WFCP - Grace McNamara and the Center for Family Farm Development.
Ramona has more than 14 years professional experience in Project Management, Business and Systems Analysis and Systems Architecture. In her career, she has been responsible for the systems integration and architecture for several Fortune 500 companies.

She possesses a Master’s of Science degree in Systems Engineering with a specialization in Communications from the University of Maryland in College Park, MD. Her undergraduate work was done at Stillman College inn Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where she achieved Dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics.
She is also a certified Mission Control coach providing break-thru leadership in the area of productivity and mastering effectiveness. Ramona currently lives in Atlanta with her children and is a native of St. Croix, in the U.S. Virgin Islands where she is known by many dear friends and family as "Molly".

Gina LaRoche
Gina LaRoche is a consultant, facilitator and coach for 2beffective. She is also the Managing Director of Inspiritas Inc., a consulting and training firm advancing the practice of leadership. Founded in 2001, INSPIRITAS’ executive programs have challenged leaders and teams to accelerate results using vision, strategy and accountability for execution. Working with a broad range of industries, her clients include; Credit Suisse, EMC, Miller Brewing, Harvard University, American Student Assistance, Stamford Hospital, and Simmons School of Management where she is a visiting faculty member for their executive education programs.
Prior to INSPIRITAS, Ms. LaRoche acquired 15 years of experience in sales, marketing and training at high-tech and emerging growth companies. She founded Ingia Solutions to provide strategic marketing expertise to emerging growth companies. Prior to Ingia, she served as director of marketing for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and she managed product marketing for the e-Business group. She was also a product-marketing manager at Vicorp Interactive Systems. Ms. LaRoche started her career as a sales professional at IBM where she received numerous excellence awards.
Ms. LaRoche is the President of the Board for Cambridge Family and Children Services and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSBA from Georgetown University.

Nancy Miriam Hawley, LICSW,
Nancy Miriam Hawley is a coach for 2beffective. With Jeffrey R. McIntyre, LMFT, she co-founded Enlignment, Inc., a coaching, consulting and training company specializing in leadership development, executive team development, and financial seminars and retreats for business owners and executive couples. They work with executive management teams and entrepreneurial individuals, couples and families to maximize both personal and professional relationships. Ms. Hawley and Mr. McIntyre are life and business partners and have been working with people for 30 years to produce lasting results in the areas of relationship, communication, conflict resolution and gender issues.
Nancy Miriam Hawley is a founder of the Boston Women's Health Book Collective, Inc., the organization responsible for writing the best seller Our Bodies, Ourselves (New York: Simon and Schuster, 1972; translated into 18 languages, revised May 2005), a book that shifted the national and international dialogue about women's health, sexuality and power. She also co-authored Ourselves and Our Children (New York: Random House, 1978), a book about families and parenting. She is a highly regarded speaker and facilitator of dialogues focusing on women's, partnership and family concerns.
Ms. Hawley is a clinical social worker, group therapist and organizational consultant. While Principal Clinical Social Worker at The Cambridge Hospital of Harvard Medical School, she developed groundbreaking programs for children and their families. She coaches executives in the areas of personal power and business success. She regularly offers, in partnership with an experienced financial planner, a seminar entitled Financing Your Dreams: Women Learning to be Powerful with Money.
Ms. Hawley graduated from the University of Michigan/Ann Arbor with a Bachelor's degree in History and Psychology and a Master's degree in Social Work with a specialty in working with groups and organizations. Ms. Hawley is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, the Northeast Society of Group Psychotherapy, Boston Chamber of Commerce, Smaller Business Association of New England, and The Family Firm Institute. Jeffrey R. McIntyre
Jeffrey McIntyre is a coach for 2beffective. He was an instructor and supervisor in the Harvard Medical School/Cambridge Health Alliance's "Family and Couples Therapy Training Program" from 1992 to 2006. He is an Executive Coach and creator of The Seven Intelligences of Leadership, a seminar aimed at understanding the powerful interplay between emotional intelligence, vision, relationship and results. He brings the strength of his comprehensive knowledge of complex systems to leadership and executive team planning. His understanding of how human attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors develop enables him to generate conversations that inspire leadership and align relationships with results in moving an organization forward.
Mr. McIntyre has a Bachelor's degree in History from The College of Wooster and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Antioch Graduate School of Professional Psychology. He has completed the certificate program in Authentic Leadership at the Marpa School of Business, Naropa University and extensive post-graduate study in family therapy. He is an active participant and dialogue leader for an international gathering of thought-leaders at The Shambhala Institute's Authentic Leadership Program in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He is also co-author of two books on systemic interventions for treating addictions in couples and families. He is a member of the International Coaches Federation, Inc., American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, Inc., Boston Chamber of Commerce, Smaller Business Association of New England, and the Family Firm Institute, Inc.
Mr. McIntyre has served on the Board of the Massachusetts Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (MAMFT, Inc.). As an officer, he led MAMFT's five-year political campaign and spearheaded a strategic process to restructure the organization's focus and operations. In his role as President, he was active in the President's Council of the AAMFT, Inc., the national parent organization. He received MAMFT's highest award for his contributions.

Kristi Scarpone, M.Ed.
Kristi is a Mission Control coach and trainer for 2beffective. She co-founded Scarpone Associates, a dynamic consulting firm specializing in financial and human sustainability for organizations, businesses and individuals. As a former instructor and coach with BenevonTM, Scarpone has been instrumental in assisting more than 200 organizations in North America raise over $20 million. Her unique approach to helping clients realize their potential for sustainable funding by clearly articulating the human and societal impact of their work, has made her one of the most successful fundraising coaches in the country.
Scarpone has more than 15 years of experience in fundraising, public speaking, education and training. Her passion is to teach individuals and organizations systems that dramatically increase their revenue generation, productivity, and communication.
She has created fundraising curriculum for professionals and graduate students in non-profit leadership positions, and has served as adjunct faculty for the University of New Hampshire and New England College’s Master of Nonprofit Management Program.

Jennifer Cohen
Jennifer Cohen is known for producing incredible results with clients in a short period of time. In addition to one-on-one coaching, she leads and facilitates groups and teams, with a focus on the domains of leadership, mastery, team building, and life design. Her client roster includes executives from various sectors of commerce, professional and personal life coaches, consultants, entrepreneurs, and individuals in a wide range of other disciplines in which leadership is critical. Jennifer's work uses strategies drawn from a variety of discourses, including Communications, Psychology, Systems, Biology, and Ontological and Somatic Coaching. For many years Jennifer worked with clients who had suffered traumatic violence.
